1. How could I get a sample?
Sample means the first quantity under 5pcs for one kind product. Please make sure that you need business sample to check the products quality and to envaluate the project market research firstly, because we don't supply sample for private use, and the sample process against the product cost, freight, and necessary sample operation fees at USD100 for one sample project.

The operation fees covering all the cost of paper work, for instance, paper charge by export diversified affairs (export letter if required by Customs)...etc. but you are promised that we will refund you the sample operation fees (USD100) when you place container order, even mixed order in one container.

For some new products, maybe we will reject to supply sample, for some secret purposes, especially for protection of property, so well understanding much appreciated, but our old customers excepted(who has ordered one containers at least from us).

2. What will be provided with the container?
We will offer 2% spare parts for free when you buy full container.
1.ATV: throttle cable, handle bar, brake bar, switch, brake cable, oil swtich cable, bearing, headlight, tail light, seat , spark plug, CDI coil, fuse, fuel fillter, chain etc.
2.Electric Scooter: brake bar, brake cable,assembly switch and cables, handle bar, front light, turning lights, rear lights, battery case, mirror, pedal, stand etc.

All scooters require assembly, battery preparation, and engine preparation. Please be advised that you are responsible for initial preperation of the machine, maintenance on the machine, and part replacement if necessary. For best preparation of your machine if you are not familiar with motorcycles/mopeds/scooters, we strongly urge you to pay a local small engine shop to do the job. This will ensure your machine is set up properly and will run correctly for a long time.

3. How long for the warranty ?
The Manufacturer's warranty is for 2-5 years for motor, 1 year for engine,12 months for battery,12 months for controllers, 6 months for chargers and 120 days for other parts from the date of delivery. This warranty does not include labor, wearable parts, and damaged parts from accidents, abuse, and shipping cost. If you have a part that needs replacing, please contact us and we'll send the part as soon as possible. These products are very straight forward and are easily serviceable by anyone trained to work on motorcycles. In all cases, Purchaser needs to return the defective part before we replace it with a new part.

4.What should you do when you have problem of the products?
Usually you should send the defected or broken parts back to us, because:
1). We need to verify your replacement part is the correct one to send to you.
2).. We require the part back so we may monitor defective parts and notify the correct manufacturer or potential future problems or recalls.
3). We need to verify that your part is in fact defective. Many times we receive parts that are not defective at all.
4). Items under warranty must send parts back to get free excahnges

But if you don’t want to send back the defected or broken parts to us, you can supply some proofs to let us confrim the problems, such as taking pictures of the defected or broken parts, show the testing papers or others, and after we confirm the problems, we will send new parts for free if it is our problem. If need to buy, we also can supply.

5. What about the terms to become your sole distributor in our city, area or state, country?
We are looking for agent and dealer in worldwide to introduce our products The agent or dealer must have sales experience, technical personnel, show rooms, parts supply and professional service experience in the motor field.

If you can sell our products worth USD$10,000 ----50,000 per month, you can become our sole distributor in your city or area; if you can sell our products worth USD$50,000 or above per month, you can become our sole distributor in your state, if you want to be a sole agent in your country, negotiable.

6. Could I do OEM?

It is no problem for us to do that for you, and welcome if you like.
